A Social enterprise model
The growth in the Bulgarian economy since joining the European Union in 2007 has led to a sharp rise in demand for good quality business premises. The opportunities provided by this need have been taken into account in the design of the centre.
The top two floors will be let to local businesses as office space and the auditorium and other meetings rooms will be available for hire. The aim is to generate an income which will subsidise the social outreach programme allowing the centre to become self supporting once open.
